Telecom Namibia and Angola Telecom Seal Strategic Agreement to Boost Connectivity. In a landmark move to strengthen regional and international digital connectivity, Telecom Namibia Limited and Angola Telecom signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Commercial Terms Agreement (CTA) on 23 April 2026.

The signing ceremony, held in Swakopmund, marks a significant milestone in advancing cooperation between the two national operators. The agreements are designed to enhance connectivity along Southern Africa’s west coast, positioning both Namibia and Angola as key players in the region’s digital transformation.
