Yango Group’s ride-hailing service, Yango Ride, has introduced a new integration with ChatGPT, enabling users to plan trips directly within a chat interface. The feature, launched on 23 April 2026, is now available in more than 25 countries, including Namibia.

Through this integration, riders can access a range of real-time services without leaving the conversation. These include viewing current fares, comparing alternative routes, checking estimated arrival times, and identifying optimal pickup points. The streamlined process is designed to make trip planning more intuitive and efficient, while reducing the need to switch between multiple screens or applications.
