The bursary programme is open to Namibian citizens who have completed Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification. Applicants must hold a provisional admission letter from a recognised tertiary institution. For those already enrolled at a university or college, a minimum average of 65% in mid-year examinations is required.

To ensure fairness and transparency, shortlisted candidates will undergo psychometric assessments designed to evaluate competencies and potential. The programme specifically excludes applicants who are currently holding bursaries or scholarships with work or repayment commitments, except for merit-based bursaries.

Applications must include a formal application letter, curriculum vitae, and certified copies of all required documents. These should be submitted via email to learninganddevelopment@nedbank.com.na before the closing date of 27 February 2026.
