FNB Namibia Honours Top Performing Realtors at 2026 Northern Realtors Club AAwards. FNB Namibia has recognised outstanding achievements in the real estate sector by honouring top-performing property professionals at the 2026 Northern FNB Realtors Club Awards, held at the Protea Hotel Ondangwa.
The awards celebrated excellence among estate agencies and property professionals who achieved strong business performance across two turnover categories, highlighting their contribution to the country’s property market.
In the category for businesses exceeding N$3.5 million to N$6.5 million, several real estate agencies received recognition for their performance. Award recipients included Helena Amunyela of Fe Real Estate, Esther Kaulinge of Kaulinge Real Estate, Natasha Muchila of Ediva Real Estate and Elvis Sitemo of Lakeview Properties.
The awards were presented by FNB representatives, including Head of Home Loans Susan Fick and Home Loans Growth Manager Rolandi Van Wyk.
Recognition was also given in the Business Exceeding N$6.5 million to N$15 million category, where a number of real estate professionals were acknowledged for their achievements.
The recipients included Penny Nashilundo of Penton Properties, Selma Iithete of Tuyeni Real Estate, Sucessia Mareka of Success Real Estate, Regina Hainane of Fotimo Real Estate CC, Albertina Abraham of Tjana Properties, Menethe Nikodemus of Nikodemus Real Estate CC, Evelina Paulus of Eveline Properties and Georgina Tjingaete of Jolly T Real Estate CC.
FNB Team Leader Selma Nelumbu and Home Loans Growth Manager Rolandi Van Wyk joined the award presentations during the ceremony.
The Northern FNB Realtors Club Awards recognise property professionals who have demonstrated strong business performance while contributing to the growth of Namibia’s real estate industry.
