The conference is tailored for owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and startups, focusing on practical tools and strategic insights to help businesses scale and innovate in a rapidly evolving economy. The agenda will cover key business pillars such as Leadership, Communications, Human Resources, and IT, with the aim of equipping Namibian entrepreneurs to future-proof their operations.

Notable keynote speakers include Jason Quinn, Nedbank Group Chief Executive; Tatiana Ndlovu, Nedbank Africa Head of Marketing; and Pavlo Phitidis, Co-Founder of Aurik, each bringing invaluable insights on strategy, growth, and adaptation in today’s business environment.

“Nambian businesses are the backbone of our economy,” said Selma Kaulinge, Nedbank’s Communication and PR Manager. “Their resilience and innovation drive our nation forward. This conference is part of our commitment to support that journey with strategic knowledge and practical tools.”

The event marks a major step forward in fostering a business ecosystem that is both locally grounded and globally competitive. Through this initiative, Nedbank is strengthening its support for Namibia’s business community by offering a dedicated platform for networking, learning, and business transformation.

Gary Stroebel, CEO of Future Media, highlighted the importance of this effort: “We saw a need for a platform focused on owner-managed businesses—those that are often leading change at the ground level.”

The Nedbank Future of Business Conference is expected to become a key catalyst for entrepreneurial growth and innovation in Namibia.
