Before joining Standard Bank, Mboti held several key positions at the Bank of Namibia. She began in the Research Department as an economist, where she focused on monetary and financial statistics. Later, she advanced to the Financial Stability Department as an analyst, contributing to systemic risk assessments and monitoring the resilience of Namibia’s financial system.
