Telecom Namibia iWay Email Outage Disrupts Messaging SServices. Telecom Namibia has announced a service interruption affecting its iWay email platform, leaving customers temporarily unable to send or receive messages or access webmail services.

In a notice issued to customers, the telecommunications provider said the disruption is currently affecting core email functions across the iWay platform. Users are unable to send or receive emails, while access to the webmail interface is also unavailable.

The company said its technical teams are actively investigating the issue and working to restore full functionality as a matter of priority. Telecom Namibia indicated that troubleshooting efforts are ongoing as engineers work to identify the cause of the interruption and reinstate services.

The provider apologised for the inconvenience caused and thanked customers for their patience while restoration efforts continue. It said updates will be shared once normal operations resume, and services are fully restored.

The interruption affects customers who rely on the iWay platform for email communication, including access to online correspondence and account management tools. Telecom Namibia has not indicated when services are expected to be restored.Customers requiring assistance have been advised to contact the Service Desk by dialling 11444, or to reach support via WhatsApp at 085 211 1111.
