Real Madrid Soccer Clinic Kicks Off at Mariental Showgrounds

Real Madrid Soccer Clinic Kicks Off at Mariental Showgrounds. The Real Madrid Soccer Clinic officially opened on Monday at the Mariental Showgrounds, bringing international-level football training to young players in Namibia. The week-long programme is designed to develop skills, discipline, and teamwork among aspiring footballers aged 6 to 14.

Running from Monday to Friday, each session begins at 14:00 and welcomes both boys and girls. The first two days of the clinic are dedicated to children between the ages of 6 and 10, while the remaining three days focus on players aged 11 to 14. The programme offers participants the chance to receive structured training based on the renowned Real Madrid methodology.

The clinic’s format emphasises both technical ability and sportsmanship, aiming to inspire young athletes while promoting physical fitness and confidence on the field. For many participants, it provides a unique opportunity to learn from experienced coaches and to experience the training style associated with one of the world’s most successful football clubs.

Local organisers have highlighted the importance of such initiatives in nurturing future talent and strengthening grassroots football development across Namibia. By introducing structured training early, the clinic hopes to help young players build a strong foundation for continued growth in the sport.

The Real Madrid Soccer Clinic concludes on Friday, wrapping up a week of activity and learning for the young participants at the Mariental Showgrounds.
