Namibian Fighters Set for High-Impact Showdown at WBO Africa Titles Redemption. All eyes turn to Windhoek this Saturday as the MTC Nestor Sunshine Boxing & Fitness Academy hosts the much-anticipated WBO Africa Titles Redemption event at the Windhoek Country Club.
Under the theme “No Pain, No Gain,” the evening promises intense action as top Namibian fighters step into the ring to defend home turf against some of Africa’s rising boxing talents. The official face-off held earlier in Windhoek confirmed what fans have been waiting for—an explosive lineup of matchups featuring skill, determination, and national pride.
Among the headline bouts is Namibia’s Mateus “The Beast” Heita facing off against Clement Leko from Benin, a clash that is expected to deliver fast-paced, technical boxing. Paulinus “John John” Ndjolonimus, another Namibian crowd favourite, will go glove-to-glove with Snamiso Ntuli from South Africa in what many predict will be a test of endurance and strategy. Adding further excitement to the card, Harry Simon Jnr will take on Kamanga Paul from the Democratic Republic of the Congo in a bout that has drawn significant attention from local boxing enthusiasts.
Promoted by the MTC Nestor Sunshine Boxing & Fitness Academy, the event continues the academy’s long-standing mission to showcase Namibian boxing excellence on regional and continental stages. Fans can expect a night filled with powerful performances, sportsmanship, and entertainment.
Tickets are priced at N$200 for general admission and N$20,000 for VIP tables. Organizers have urged fans to purchase tickets early to secure their seats for what is shaping up to be one of the most electrifying boxing events of the year.
