Minister Theofelus Engages NBC Board on Strategic PPriorities. The Minister of Information and Communication Technology, Honourable Emma Theofelus, met with the Board of Directors of the Namibian Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) on 29 June 2026 at the Ministry’s Head Office in Windhoek. The engagement formed part of the Ministry’s quarterly meetings with the Board, aimed at strengthening collaboration and ensuring alignment with national priorities.

The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss NBC’s strategic direction, organisational priorities, and other matters central to supporting the Corporation’s continued growth and effectiveness. Minister Theofelus outlined key priority areas for the Board to advance before the next quarterly meeting and requested progress updates on the agreed actions.

The Board reaffirmed its commitment to working diligently to strengthen and position NBC as Namibia’s preferred public broadcaster. Members emphasized their dedication to delivering quality services to the nation while adapting to the evolving media landscape.
