FirstRand Namibia Opens Full Bursary Applications for 2025. FirstRand Namibia has announced that applications are officially open for its 2025 full bursary programme, aimed at supporting outstanding Namibian students pursuing studies in fields critical to the nation’s growth.
The bursaries will cover the full cost of tuition, registration, prescribed textbooks, residence accommodation, meals, and a monthly allowance. This comprehensive support package is designed to ease financial pressures and allow recipients to focus entirely on their academic journey.
Eligible candidates must be Namibian citizens with a strong academic record. A minimum average of 70% or a GPA above 4 is required. For current Grade 12 learners, August results and a preliminary university admission letter must be submitted. Registered university students are expected to provide their latest academic record as proof of continued performance.
The bursaries are available for students pursuing a three-year undergraduate degree in one of the following disciplines:Business Science, Finance, or EconomicsIndustrial PsychologyProcess Engineering

The closing date for applications is 30 September 2025, giving prospective students just over two weeks to prepare and submit the required documents. Applications are being processed online through LinkedIn at the official job posting here.
