Career Starter Workshops Equip Namibian Graduates for the Next Step. Bank Windhoek, Capricorn Group, and B360 Education Partnerships have successfully completed the fourth round of the Career Starter Workshops, an initiative aimed at empowering unemployed graduates with critical skills for employment and entrepreneurship.
