Teammate Theodor Janse van Vuuren also completed the race, finishing in 17th position. His result added to the team’s overall participation in the event, with both riders completing the demanding course under competitive conditions.
The race saw challenges for other members of the team. Julius Braun was forced to withdraw due to a mechanical issue, preventing him from finishing the race. Gero Friedrich also withdrew after being involved in a crash during the event. No further details were provided regarding the circumstances of the withdrawals.
