Agribank Hosts Free Training Sessions for Farmers Across Erongo Region. Agribank has announced a series of free training sessions and lectures for farmers across the Erongo Region, set to take place from 17 to 22 November 2025. The initiative forms part of the Bank’s ongoing efforts to promote agricultural knowledge-sharing and enhance productivity among both emerging and established farmers.

The training sessions will be held as follows:Walvis Bay: 17–18 November 2025Swakopmund: 19–20 November 2025Omaruru: 21 November 2025Karibib: 22 November 2025

According to Agribank, the sessions will cover essential aspects of farm management, financial literacy, and sustainable agricultural practices, empowering farmers to improve yields, manage resources efficiently, and strengthen business resilience in an evolving climate.

The Bank’s outreach programme reflects its commitment to supporting farmers in all regions through capacity-building and financial education. These free engagements aim to bridge the knowledge gap within the agricultural value chain while encouraging farmers to adopt modern, climate-smart farming methods.

Participants will also have the opportunity to engage directly with Agribank’s agricultural advisors and credit officers, who will be available to provide insights on funding options, risk management, and enterprise diversification.
