Ukwangali Community Welcomes Hompa Eugen Siwombe Kudumo as New Chief. The Ukwangali Traditional Authority in Namibia officially designated Hompa Eugen Siwombe Kudumo as the new Ukwangali Chief during a ceremony at the Kahenge office in the Kavango West Region. The event marks the end of an 11-year period without a recognized chief, following a longstanding chieftainship dispute within the community.
