O&L Group Welcomes 13 Graduates into 2025 Emerging Talent Programme. The Ohlthaver & List (O&L) Group has officially announced the induction of 13 young professionals into its 2025 Emerging Talent Programme, reinforcing its commitment to developing Namibia’s future workforce and addressing youth unemployment.

The newly inducted graduates, selected from across Namibia, have begun their journey by taking up roles in various departments across O&L’s diverse Operating Companies (OpCo’s). These placements span critical sectors such as engineering, culinary arts, finance, procurement, human resources, and business development.

This year’s programme aims to develop homegrown expertise in industries central to Namibia’s long-term growth. By giving graduates real-world experience and mentorship in high-impact environments, O&L continues to invest in building sustainable talent pipelines aligned with its Vision 2029 goals.

The 2025 intake reflects O&L’s emphasis on diversity and opportunity, as graduates from varied academic backgrounds begin a structured development journey across different business units. The programme also aims to tackle unemployment by providing meaningful career pathways to the country’s youth.
