Windhoek Gymnasium and WAP Shine in 2025 Capricorn Schools Netball League. The 2025 Capricorn Schools Netball League has officially wrapped up, closing a season filled with competitive spirit, skillful play, and outstanding displays of teamwork. Schools from across Namibia battled it out on the courts, and the final results highlight both consistency and dominance in several divisions.

Windhoek Gymnasium emerged as one of the standout performers, securing victories in three key categories. The school clinched the Under-12 title, as well as the Under-15 and Under-17 championships, showcasing its depth of talent and commitment to nurturing young athletes across different age groups.

WAP also made a strong mark on the competition, taking top honors in the Under-13 and Under-14 divisions. Their success demonstrates the school’s ability to build competitive squads and maintain a strong presence across consecutive levels of play.

At the senior level, WHS captured the prestigious Under-19 championship, rounding off the season with a performance that underlined the school’s strength in leadership, strategy, and endurance on the court.

The Khomas Region dominated the leaderboards overall, highlighting the region’s strong netball culture and investment in youth sports development. Their teams’ consistency across the divisions reaffirmed the depth of athletic potential within the area.
