Windhoek and Ondangwa Strengthen Ties Through Knowledge Exchange Visit. The Mayor of Windhoek, Sakarias Uunona, today welcomed Mayor Ester Mweneni Auala of the Ondangwa Town Council, accompanied by Councillors Elizabeth Netope and Alfeus Hauwanga.
