The Ministry of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sports, Arts and Culture extended heartfelt congratulations to the athletes, coaches, and support staff who contributed to the team’s success. “Each of you represents the spirit of perseverance and dedication, inspiring every Namibian to believe in the power of teamwork and resilience,” the Ministry stated.
The Ministry reaffirmed the government’s commitment to promoting inclusive sports and ensuring that athletes with disabilities continue to receive opportunities to excel at both national and international levels. This commitment includes developing sporting infrastructure, supporting training programmes, and enhancing participation across all disciplines.
The Namibia Broadcasting Corporation’s NBC Sport and @topfans also joined in celebrating the athletes’ achievements, recognising their dedication and the hard work of the entire delegation — from coaches to medical and technical teams — who played a crucial role behind the scenes
As Team Namibia returns home, their achievements serve as a reminder of what can be accomplished through unity, resilience, and belief in one’s potential. The nation celebrates their accomplishments and looks forward to even greater success in the future.
