Groundbreaking Ceremony Held for Wanaheda NaTIS One-Stop Centre. The City of Windhoek Deputy Mayor Albertina Amutenya today attended the groundbreaking ceremony of the Wanaheda NaTIS One-Stop Centre, marking the start of a project designed to bring essential licensing, testing, and permit services closer to residents.

Deputy Mayor Amutenya was joined by Councillors Fransina Kahungu, Demetreo Beukes, Ignatius Semba, Ricardo Garoeb, and Toini Ambambi, reflecting the City’s collective support for improved service delivery. The ceremony was officiated by the Minister of Works and Transport, Veiko Nekundi, who underscored the importance of expanding access to NaTIS services in communities.
