NCCI and NTA Strengthen Collaboration on Skills Development. The Namibia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NCCI) Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Titus Nampala, today paid a courtesy call on the Namibia Training Authority (NTA) Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Erick Fundula Nenghwanya, reaffirming the strong and long-standing partnership between the two institutions.

The engagement focused on advancing Namibia’s skills development agenda, with particular emphasis on expanding Work Integrated Learning (WIL) opportunities. Both leaders highlighted the importance of ensuring closer alignment between training programs and industry needs, positioning Namibia’s workforce to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving economy.
