PETROFUND Announces Fully Funded TVET Scholarships for NIMT Keetmanshoop. PETROFUND, in collaboration with Harmattan Energy Limited, has announced fully funded scholarships for Namibian students interested in pursuing technical and vocational education and training (TVET) courses at the Namibia Institute of Mining and Technology (NIMT) Keetmanshoop campus.
The scholarships are available for courses in boilermaking, electrical, and fitting and turning, offering a valuable opportunity for young Namibians to gain the skills needed for careers in the oil and gas industry. The scholarships cover all costs, from tuition fees to accommodation and other related expenses, providing financial relief to students and their families.

Who Can Apply?
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a Namibian citizen.
- Have a strong academic record, with excellent grades in Mathematics, Science, and English at either the Namibia Senior Certificate Ordinary Level (NSSCO) or Namibia Secondary School Certificate Advanced Subsidiary (NSSCAS).
- Be willing to start studies in March 2025 at NIMT Keetmanshoop campus.
