NUST Temporarily Pauses Certificate Issuance in Windhoek Ahead of Eenhana Graduation

NUST Temporarily Pauses Certificate Issuance in Windhoek Ahead of Eenhana Graduation. The Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST) has announced a temporary pause in certificate collection services at its Windhoek campus, as staff from the Certification and Graduation Office travel to support the upcoming graduation ceremony at the Eenhana Campus in the Ohangwena Region.

According to the official notice, the suspension of services in Windhoek will begin on 12 May 2025 and continue until 20 May 2025. Normal certificate issuance will resume on Wednesday, 21 May 2025.

This adjustment is being made to accommodate the logistical and administrative requirements of the NUST Eenhana Campus Graduation Ceremony, an important milestone for students and families in northern Namibia. The Certification and Graduation Office team will be on-site in Eenhana to ensure the smooth distribution of certificates and support for graduates during the event.

Graduates who were planning to collect their certificates in Windhoek during this period are advised to wait until services resume or contact the office for any urgent queries.
