Ministry of Justice and Labour Relations Honoured at NUST Career Fair 2025. The Ministry of Justice and Labour Relations proudly secured 2nd Prize in the Offices, Ministries, and Agencies (OMAs) category at the 2025 NUST Career Fair, held from 9–10 April at the Namibia University of Science and Technology.
The two-day event brought together students, professionals, and institutions under one roof, providing a dynamic platform for career exploration and sector-specific engagement. The ministry’s interactive stall drew significant interest, as representatives provided detailed guidance on careers within the justice and labour sectors, outlining the diverse roles available and the academic paths required to pursue them.
Adding an element of fun and learning, the ministry hosted a Charades Q&A activity, which encouraged students to explore legal and labour concepts in an engaging, competitive format. Participants walked away with educational insights—and exciting giveaways.
The award recognises the ministry’s continued efforts in outreach and public education, particularly among youth and aspiring professionals. By creating a welcoming space for conversation and curiosity, the ministry strengthened its connection with future graduates and underscored the importance of justice and labour institutions in national development.
In a statement following the award, the ministry extended its appreciation to NUST for the opportunity to connect with students and reaffirmed its commitment to supporting career growth and professional awareness in Namibia.
