Ministry of International Relations and Trade Showcases Opportunities at Ehao Cultural Expo 2025. The Ministry of International Relations and Trade (MIRT) is actively participating in the ongoing Ehao Cultural Expo 2025, held from 20 to 28 June under the theme “Unlocking Cultural Tourism & Business Potentials.”
The Expo was officially opened on 23 June by Honourable Wise Immanuel, Minister of Justice and Labour Relations, and serves as a platform for showcasing Namibia’s diverse cultural heritage while promoting business opportunities rooted in tourism and trade.
As part of its presence, MIRT is inviting all attendees to visit its exhibition stand to explore the Ministry’s programmes, policies, and international engagement efforts. The stand highlights how cultural exchange and trade can work hand-in-hand to position Namibia in global markets while strengthening regional partnerships.
This year’s theme aligns with the Ministry’s broader mandate to promote Namibia’s global economic and cultural footprint. MIRT’s display features information on export readiness, trade agreements, cultural diplomacy, and opportunities available to artists and entrepreneurs interested in international exposure.
The Ehao Cultural Expo continues to grow as a national platform for dialogue, business linkages, and cultural expression. It brings together a mix of government agencies, traditional leaders, business operators, and international guests to collaborate on initiatives that support cultural preservation and economic growth.
MIRT encourages visitors, local enterprises, and international delegates to engage with the Ministry’s team at the Expo and learn how Namibia’s international relations and trade frameworks can benefit communities, creatives, and businesses alike.
