Ministry of ICT and UNDP Collaborate on Advancing Digitalization in Namibia. The Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is strengthening its digitalization efforts through collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Executive Director Audrin Mathe met with UNDP Namibia’s Resident Representative, Alka Bhatia, today to discuss ongoing projects related to digital transformation and access to information.
