Justice Ministry Leadership Sets Bold Five-Year Vision Focused on Service and Innovation

Justice Ministry Leadership Sets Bold Five-Year Vision Focused on Service and Innovation. The Ministry of Justice and Labour Relations has set a clear and ambitious tone for the next five years following a strategic leadership meeting held today. The session was led by Minister Hon. Fillemon Wise Immanuel and Executive Director Mr. Nghidinua Daniel, who addressed senior officials from the Justice department.

Minister Immanuel called on departmental leadership to embrace “exponential leadership,” urging them to fully commit to their responsibilities and lead with a results-driven, service-focused mindset. He emphasized that the next chapter for the ministry will require transformative thinking and a strong dedication to public service delivery.

Executive Director Daniel reinforced this vision by encouraging staff to adopt innovative approaches in their work, particularly amid resource constraints. “We must learn to do more with less, and to think creatively about how we serve the public,” he said.

The meeting set the foundation for a five-year strategic direction anchored on accountability, innovation, and people-centered service. Both leaders stressed the importance of building internal capacity, improving systems, and fostering collaboration across departments.

The ministry’s renewed focus comes at a time when demands for efficient justice and labour services continue to grow. With this leadership call to action, the ministry is positioning itself to meet those expectations with energy, integrity, and innovation.
