FirstRand Namibia and PETROFUND Partner to Strengthen Oil and Gas Capacity. FirstRand Namibia has entered into a strategic partnership with the Petroleum Training and Education Fund (PETROFUND) through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at boosting local participation in the country’s emerging oil and gas sector.
