City of Windhoek to Hold Neighbourhood Committee Elections in Hadino Hishongwa. The City of Windhoek has announced that elections for Neighbourhood Committees in the Hadino Hishongwa Neighborhood (HHC), located in the Samora Machel Constituency, will take place on Saturday, 8 March 2025. The elections follow Council Resolution 220/10/2021 and aim to establish five Neighbourhood Committees within the area.

Residents of HHC are encouraged to participate in the elections and select representatives who will serve as key community leaders. According to the City, the establishment of these committees is part of a broader strategy to enhance local governance and empower residents to take an active role in improving their neighbourhoods.
