City of Windhoek Hosts Cape Town City Manager for Strategic Municipal Exchange. The City of Windhoek is currently hosting Lungelo Mbandazayo, the City Manager of Cape Town, as part of an official visit aimed at fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing between the two municipalities.
