India and Namibia Reaffirm Strong Bilateral Ties During Courtesy Visit by Indian High Commissioner. The High Commissioner of the Republic of India to Namibia, H.E. Rahul Shrivastava, paid a courtesy visit to the Ministry of International Relations and Trade, where he met with Executive Directors Amb. Penda Naanda and Mrs. Ndiitah Nghipondoka-Robiati.
The meeting, held on April 15, 2025, served as a platform to reinforce the enduring diplomatic relationship between India and Namibia. High Commissioner Shrivastava extended his congratulations to both Amb. Naanda and Mrs. Nghipondoka-Robiati on their recent (re-)appointments to their leadership roles within the ministry.
The discussions underscored the depth of the long-standing partnership between the two nations, built on mutual respect and shared values. Both parties acknowledged the importance of continued dialogue and collaboration in areas of common interest, including trade, education, health, and capacity-building.
The engagement also provided an opportunity to explore potential avenues for future cooperation aimed at deepening bilateral ties.
