Social Grant Payments Restored Following Technical Issue Resolution. NamPost has announced the successful resolution of the technical issues that recently affected the payment of Disability and Old Age grants from the Ministry of Gender Equality, Poverty Eradication, and Social Welfare.
According to NamPost, the disruption impacted payments scheduled for Tuesday, 4 March 2025. With the issue now resolved, beneficiaries are advised that they can collect their grants from any NamPost branch or withdraw funds using their NamPost VISA Smartcards at any ATM.
In an official statement, NamPost thanked all affected beneficiaries for their patience and understanding during the period of the disruption. NamPost confirmed that normal services have resumed and that beneficiaries can now access their funds without further delay.
